PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

With this message, I would like to extend my best wishes to all the students who are joining this Karate academy. Due to unexpected scenario and difficult situations that are taking place in the world around for robbery and snatching it is very important to learn self-defence to protect yourself from these situations. This academy will help you achieve success in your life as now a days it is very important for girls and boys to practice karate for self-defence.

Dear applicants, remember, difficult situation is a test of progress and if, for whatever reasons so far, you did not perform well but still excel in these situations by practicing Karate. All you need to do is keep on trying with confidence and dedication. For this you require to plan your time carefully so that you can concentrate on these activities and also take enough rest so that you can concentrate well while you are studying.

This academy focus on Improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance, enhancing Self-defence skills among their students.

Through this student practice relaxation and meditation exercise to help manage stress and focus on discipline, respect, and self-confidence. In Karate training, the regular activation of the core and muscles promotes core stability, balance, and overall and dynamic strength.

We are providing free training sessions in Punjab Government schools to promote awareness regarding karate training and its benefits in long run. 2-3 month training is provided for karate where students will be developed for self- defence. Our association is also guiding the parents to get their children enrolled for karate which will help their children to become more confident and respectful.

Girls should learn karate for self-defence. Karate aids in the development of self-confidence and self-esteem in females. It also provides you the courage to take on new problems. This encourages self-control, increases strength, flexibility, and agility, and instils honour, hard effort, and respect as ideals.
